We help lead, facilitate, or support your planning process to ensure your goals, preferences, and vision for your life are front and center. -
Budget and spending plan advocacy
We work with you to review your budget, track spending, and advocate for updates when needed. -
Provider and staffing support
From locating service providers to onboarding your own employees, we’ll help you build the team that works best for you. -
Ongoing coordination and troubleshooting
We coordinate with your FMS and regional center, support with invoices and documentation, and help resolve issues as they come up. -

Important Note About Our Services
We currently offer Independent Facilitation only for individuals already enrolled in the Self-Determination Program. We do not provide support with transitioning into SDP or with the initial orientation and enrollment process.
